Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. The actress gained fame in Australia through her character Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap series Neighbors during a hundred episodes that ran between 2006 and 2007. In Hollywood, she began with two projects. The first was Hollywood & Wine on which she played an actress who was struggling. After that, she landed a job as Maya who was a hot and very attractive medical student in Scrubs in the 9th season. The show abruptly ended. Then she continued to film a Farrelly Brothers comedy Good to Shoot which featured Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Then she appeared in B-series films and series shorts. In 2013, she was able to get more exposure for projects: she appeared for six seasons of the series detective Franklin and Bash then landed her first regular part on the web-series Chosen which is portrayed by Milo Ventimiglia. In the first two seasons, she played Michael Murray's counterpart to both seasons. In the following seasons, she was in supporting roles in both feature films that were set on airplanes. The first one was a TV film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500, featuring actors from television programs. In the other, she is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She plays the role of a flight attendant. She is a part of Gabriel Luna the poster of a brand new television series named Matador. The season of this thrilling drama, in which the actors take on the role of CIA agents under Robert Rodriguez's direction, is only 13 episodes. In the meantime, she is working in a pilot project but it doesn't work. In 2015, she shared the promotional poster for a B-Series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause later, she appeared as the comic Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The experimental Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, also released widely. She also appears in five episodes of the Satisfaction TV series.
