| Sara Rue was born in the United States. Her most well-known role is for her character Claudia Claude Casey, a character from ABC Networks the sitcom Less Than Perfect. When she was a teenager, she appeared in television shows and films such as the Grand series and Rocket Gibraltar. She has become one of the top actors on television with numerous roles that she has played in the course of time. She has been in key roles on the likes of For Christ's Sake Gypsy 8 and Miss Dial. Rue also appeared on stage in shows such as The Water Children, Little Egypt and Gregg Henry's musical Little Egypt. In 2009, she was the celebrity spokesperson for popular nutrition firm Jenny Craig. In 2011Rue was the host of the reality show TV show Shedding for the Wedding.
